今週の参加者は、8日が7名、11日が9名でした。                                        

練習内容は、準備体操、マット運動、テクニック、スパーでした。

今週はラッソーガードの攻防をやりました。ラッソーガードは比較的取り組みやすく強固なガードです。ガードが苦手な方は試してみると良いかと思います。

練習場所にウィルスを持ち込まないように、うがい、手洗い、消毒をこまめしてください。

次回の練習は、6/15(水)、18(土)です。ブラジリアン柔術に興味のある方、ご連絡お待ちしております。
